Starbucks
A technically challenging project which moved away from the traditional coffee shop construction. Practical Minds were approached to support in the development and installation of Starbucks Brent Cross. The exterior comprised of a structural heavy gauge tubular metal framework. The entire construction of which was 25 metres long and 5.5 tons in weight.
The quantity of welded joints required to construct the framework was vast and highly skilled labour was required to assemble and build it on-site.
The technical team was able to draw, detail, source manufacture and with careful management and phasing, were able to turn around within the client’s tight program, completely snag-free.
